Sales and Operations Planning Strategist

Job Summary:
Overseeing the development and implementation of sales and operations planning strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth through effective planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute S&OP plans to enhance business performance and efficiency.
- Lead a high-performing team of planners and analysts to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that optimize business outcomes.
- Maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex planning challenges and ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in leading S&OP functions, with expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP, as well as hands-on knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to recruit and onboard team members and develop their skills and competencies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, with a Master's degree preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
