We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.

You will configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its ITSM modules and scripting capabilities.

They will also have experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
