Regulatory Specialist Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Regulatory Specialist. This exciting opportunity will involve working within a dynamic and global environment, managing supervisory activities of regulators and related developments across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations (logging information requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses etc.)
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems
  • Produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems
  • Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes
  • Maintain trackers, update procedures, and support continuous improvement in oversight standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance or audit processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
