As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging experiences that bring our brand to life. We are seeking an exceptional designer who possesses a deep understanding of the principles of design and can apply them across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate concepts into clear, intentional, and well-crafted visuals that effectively communicate our brand's message and values.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand guidelines that span all outputs.
  • Design motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using industry-standard tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Leverage AI as an assistant to create videos and enhance speed and clarity without compromising the craft.
  • Design scalable, reusable assets that enable other teams to work independently.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
  • Produce case studies showcasing product and engineering work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Portfolio demonstrating range across brands, products, and motion, with strong storytelling skills.
  • Ability to take loose briefs or abstract ideas and turn them into clear and usable designs.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX, although not essential.
  • Experience creating short-form content with speed and intent.
  • Able to ask questions, challenge vague input, and design with context in mind.
  • Care about who you're designing for, not just what you're designing.
  • Open to feedback and value the culture and brand you're working with.
