Job Title: Creative Visualizer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of high-end visual assets that reflect our brand's values of elegance and simplicity.

The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for design, with experience in creating visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms.

  • Design clean and balanced layouts that align with our brand's tone and strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative solutions that meet our brand's requirements.
  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring they grow while adhering to our design standards.
  • Enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints, focusing on intuitive and sophisticated designs.
  • Translate complex ideas into impactful visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay informed about global design trends, applying them where relevant to enhance our brand's aesthetic.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and design integrity.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in motion graphics or video editing a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and space utilization to create clean designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs that communicate our brand message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
