Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to spearhead our visual content strategy. This role is a full-time position based in Vadodara.

  • Design captivating visual elements, including graphics, logos, and branding materials that align with our brand identity
  • Develop digital and print marketing assets that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, web, and development teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive results
  • Ensure uniformity in brand visuals across all platforms
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategic direction to projects and campaigns
Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional graphic design skills, demonstrated through a robust portfolio
  • Experience in logo design, branding, and visual identity, with a focus on creating memorable brands
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layouts, and color theory, applied to create visually appealing designs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail, ensuring meticulous execution of design tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating seamless teamwork and project delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with a strong academic record
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with Canva for rapid creative turnaround and efficient workflow management
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing & SEO concepts, enabling informed decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Awareness of current design trends and social media creatives, allowing for timely and relevant design solutions
  • Experience with motion graphics / video editing, offering versatility and expanded skillset
