Lead Brand Visualizer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the creative direction of our brand.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of brand strategy, expertise in delivering impactful design solutions across digital and print platforms, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

This role requires both hands-on design skills and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing and branding materials that showcase our brand's unique voice and visual identity.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories that strengthen brand identity and engagement.
  • Design and oversee brand guidelines, campaigns, packaging, social media creatives, and promotional assets that align with our brand vision.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging tools to keep our brand at the forefront of creativity.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7–9 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in branding/marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (NIFT, NID, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, campaigns, and marketing design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with emerging design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, motion design tools).
  • Excellent understanding of brand strategy, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing creatively with attention to detail.
