System Engineer Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled System Engineer to join our organization.

We are looking for an individual with expertise in maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform to build and deploy services.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems
  • Recording and managing changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes
  • Ensuring system security, implementing standards, and responding to failures or performance issues
  • Producing performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management
  • Writing technical documentation and collaborating on ongoing issues and projects
  • Managing vendor relationships and overseeing outsourced services
  • Installing, configuring, integrating, and testing new system components and applications

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of technology support experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform to build and deploy services
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions
