Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of developers while contributing hands-on to coding and solution design.
  • Develop and maintain front-end applications across both web and mobile platforms, driving technical excellence while mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure best practices in front-end development, including performance optimization, code quality, and responsive design.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application functionality across platforms.
  • Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in React Native (mandatory) for mobile application development.
  • Hands-on experience in React JS for web front-end development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with REST/GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities (25%) with technical coding (75%).
