About the Role:

About the Role

As our Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you'll own the front-end vision of our digital platforms – while leading a small team of designers and developers. You'll be hands-on in both designing and developing, while also managing project timelines, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.

Your Skillset

You possess a strong command of WordPress theme customization and front-end development, as well as Vue.js component-based architecture and dynamic UI expertise. Your deep understanding of UI/UX design, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility is unparalleled. You're familiar with design tools like Figma and Adobe XD, and skilled in front-end performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team
  • Owning the UI/UX experience across web properties
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product and backend teams
  • Architecting scalable, clean front-end codebases

Key Responsibilities include troubleshooting and developing as needed, managing timelines, priorities, and quality for your team's deliverables.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
