We are seeking a seasoned front-end leader with deep expertise in Angular and React to join our development team.

As a front-end lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and development of scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and back-end teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading front-end architecture and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.\
  • Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and back-end teams to create seamless user experiences.\
  • Driving best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.\
  • Overseeing state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.\
  • Ensuring front-end build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.\
  • Providing technical leadership, mentoring front-end developers, and conducting code reviews.\
  • Staying current with evolving front-end technologies and frameworks.\
  • Establishing design standards and enforcing coding practices.\

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.\
  • 2+ years of front-end development experience.\
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.\
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.\
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).\
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and back-end integration.\
  • Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).\
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.\
