Job Title: Data Analyst - Asset Management

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in India. As a key member of our asset management team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and making informed decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining existing reports and creating new dashboards as required, utilizing various data sources.
  • Participating in the preparation of quarterly meetings, coordinating with various entities, including accounting, treasury, compliance, risks, and business lines.
  • Steering the management of prudential regulatory liquidity ratios, ensuring compliance with both local and global requirements.
  • Conducting ad-hoc data analysis on the balance sheet and synthesizing insights to support decision-making.
  • Updating policies and procedures in alignment with Head Office directives.

Required Skills:

To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports for liquidity monitoring.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of balance sheets and regulatory ratios to support informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx is a plus.
  • Self-motivated team player characteristics with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the banking or financial sector, specifically in asset management, financial analysis, or related fields.
