Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT and digital transformation of our organization, enabling multi-fold growth across India and beyond over the next three years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an IT and digital transformation vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Position our organization as a thought leader in industry forums and create visibility through innovation charters across the organization.
  • Advise senior management on emerging technologies and digital trends most relevant to the organization's goals and evolving needs.
  • Design futuristic IT architecture focused on experience-led customer/employee-centric systems, delivering seamless omnichannel experiences across sales and service.

Requirements:

  • More than 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies, managing end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.
  • Experience in digital transformation for enterprises, with a preference for the retail industry, spanning across business processes.
  • Experience with omnichannel systems required for a new generation retailer.
  • Experience across applications, infrastructure, network, and end-user IT environment operations.
  • Ability to design and manage a futuristic IT architecture, spanning applications, data, and security.
  • Experience in establishing an IT governance model across the organization.
  • Experience in DevOps transformation.
  • Experience in process transformation.
  • Exposure to AI and automation technologies.
  • Willingness to take risks and ability to start from scratch.
  • Target orientation and familiarity with service delivery constructs relevant to IT services – experience in building and managing a partner ecosystem.
  • Front-line leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts, including industry trends/disruptors.
  • Team building and team management skills.
