This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires an individual who is not afraid to venture beyond the school campus and tackle various responsibilities.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Liaising with government offices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing vendor relationships, including identifying reliable vendors, negotiating pricing, and tracking contract validity.
  • Providing support for external events, managing school marketing campaigns, and coordinating outreach activities with preschools.

Owning a two-wheeler is essential for this role as it involves regular local travel. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve set objectives.

Responsibilities include:

Government Licensing & Compliance:
  • Create and maintain a regulatory compliance calendar.
  • Prepare, scan, and archive documentation needed for audits or renewals.
  • Attend inspections, accompany officials, and ensure corrective action plans are followed.
  • Liaise with legal advisors to align school policy with latest education mandates.
Vendor and Maintenance Oversight:
  • Identify reliable vendors: collect quotes, evaluate, and negotiate pricing.
  • Sign vendor MoUs, maintain files, and track validity of contracts.
  • Monitor work completion (repairs, pest control, deep cleaning) and report service quality issues.
Accounts & Audit Support:
  • Organize audit folders (license copies, etc.).
  • Prepare documents for audits and other financial reviews.
