We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate (Grade SNA) to join our CONTROLLERS - Financial Reporting team. This role is located in Pune or Chennai.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Daily balance sheet preparation, performing variance analysis and providing explanation.
• Monthly financial statement preparation, review and providing quality commentary.
• Quarterly Board pack preparation and presentation.
• Year-end financial statement preparation along with Year on Year (YoY) variance analysis and preparation of commentary.
• Quickly understand the reporting changes in the process and implement.
• Liaising and coordinating with Legal Entity Controllers and presenting financials.
• Process simplification, process improvements, setting up and/or reviewing internal controls, review of financials, automation, etc.
• Support in auditing, financial presentations and other requests as needed.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Financial statement preparation, variance analysis and preparation of commentary.
• Ability to summarize and present financial data in an organized and concise manner.
• Hands-on experience in Legal Entity Controller Reporting and exposure to IFRS/US GAAP.
• Ability to work independently and interact with team members, management, legal entity controllers, and regulators.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Oracle, Power BI, PPT, etc.
• Clear understanding of investment management, investment services, and wealth management services.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; MS Office proficient.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Organized with the ability to lead tasks and work effectively in a multi-located team environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Work experience in Legal Entity Reporting is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA/CIMA/CPA with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• Semi-qualified CA/CIMA/CPA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
