Virtual Desktop Solutions Expert

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Virtual Desktop solutions, with a strong background in Azure, Citrix, and VMware. They should be able to lead technical design, provide solution direction, and architect level skills in virtualization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting complex virtual desktop solutions.
  • Providing comprehensive end-to-end architecture for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business domains.
  • Gathering business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and investigating possible solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Producing professional high-level solution descriptions and obtaining customer acceptance.
Requirements:

Proven experience of leading virtual desktop design and implementation efforts on complex projects, including planning, tracking, and controlling infrastructure project activities.

Strong experience of technically leading complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle, from analysis to production.

Experience of working in a matrix organization and technically leading projects throughout the complete IT development lifecycle.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Certifications: Microsoft AVD, CITRIX VMWare CVAD. PowerShell, Terraform or any scripting will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

Good customer connects, prepare solution presentations and design documents.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to manage customer calls.

Ability to work well in a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
