US Healthcare RCM Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Team Lead to join our AR team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of 30+ associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellence in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

As a Team Lead, you will lead and manage a team of 30+ associates to ensure high performance, support production and delivery for client-specific RCM processes and projects, conduct regular quality assurance reviews, set performance goals, delegate tasks, and monitor execution for efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in US Healthcare RCM
  • At least 2 years in a Team Leader/Process Coach/Team Coach role
  • Deep understanding of AR processes, denial management, and payer-specific guidelines
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and improve team and process performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 30+ associates to ensure high performance
  • Support production and delivery for client-specific RCM processes and projects
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to maintain service excellence
  • Set performance goals, delegate tasks, and monitor execution for efficiency
  • Identify training needs and deliver targeted coaching to enhance team capabilities
  • Collaborate with quality auditors to ensure compliance and improve quality scores
