Job Description:

A Salesforce Developer is needed to join our organization and take on a leadership role in developing and maintaining Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce development, databases, and system relationships.

The responsibilities of this position include developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce and Nimble AMS customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations. This also involves establishing intuitive UI using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies.

The successful candidate will ensure all Salesforce product releases, system updates, and best practices are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. They will also manage the daily administration tasks, including data manipulation, data loading, merging of duplicate records, managing custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, security configuration, workflows, and overall system configuration.

Other key responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, packaging, and deploying quality, scalable, and well-documented solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The developer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration, as well as assisting in the creation of related materials for users as the application evolves.

In addition, they will coordinate release activities for all phases of delivery, including review of roadmap priorities, release scope, test planning, UAT signoff, and production readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience working with Salesforce and databases including understanding structure, query languages, and system relationships
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer II - Desired)
  • Previous experience with managing, analyzing, and troubleshooting data-related issues, in relation to reports and dashboards
  • B Tech/M Tech degree
