Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce HealthCloud Solutions Architect to collaborate with a leading healthcare client. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, solution design, and client education to ensure alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  • Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant or Solutions Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is preferred.
