Key Responsibilities:- Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Drive financial modeling for business initiatives and investments
- Financial Operations & Management:
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory compliance
- Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Presents financial results to stakeholders, investors, and board members
- Champions financial best practices across the organization
- Growth & Investment Management:
- Support fundraising activities and investor relations
- Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic investments
- Oversees financial due diligence for business development opportunities
