Job Description:

The role of Senior Consultant involves participating in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, performing financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms, and aggregating, manipulating, and analyzing company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will write detailed reports to present diligence findings to clients, work directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions, and participate in developing and proposing creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  • Possess an uncommon drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize each assignment as necessary.
