Job Summary">

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking for a designated technology group. You will also be required to produce key financial reports, analyze variances, and recommend opportunities for efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage total expense base including direct and indirect costs, and vendor spend for the designated Technology group
  2. Prepare, consolidate, and present insightful financial analysis covering budget, forecast, and variance reports
  3. Track and analyze actual expenses against budgets and outlooks, identifying risks and opportunities
  4. Actively support business management initiatives including workforce planning, headcount tracking, and location strategy
  5. Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and dashboards for stakeholders and Finance Business Management (FBM) teams
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, control enhancement, and automation to drive operational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent (Intermediate/Final CA, CWA, or CS also considered)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), accounting, or business finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with Essbase
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and influence
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in Corporate or Technology Finance functions
  • Familiarity with financial tools such as SAP, Ariba, Beeline
  • Working knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
