Financial Analysis Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team, who will play a crucial role in driving business growth through informed decision-making and strategic planning.

About the Position

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that impact our business operations.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to support data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, finance teams, and cross-functional groups to deliver actionable recommendations that align with our organisational goals.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in financial analysis and modelling.
  • Proven expertise in MS Office, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.

Desirable Qualifications

  • CA qualification is a plus, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
