Enterprise Web Application Designer

As an Enterprise Web Application Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design strategies for complex web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between user needs and business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to guarantee consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Transform intricate workflows into user-friendly dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Guarantee design accessibility standards are met, fostering inclusive user experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
