Job Role:

We are seeking experienced individuals to work as Customer Support Representatives.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and have a proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.

  • This role involves conducting outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients, providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, and working independently to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct effective telemarketing activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment with fluency in English language.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • A laptop and broadband connection for remote work are mandatory.
