Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive the efficient operation of our financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough testing and conversion of accounting data from agency management systems to central systems, including detailed analysis and reconciliation.
  • Provide expert support for agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining organization and prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive training and communication on new financial reporting and Epic functionality.
  • Maintain accurate finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain clear accounting system procedures and testing documentation.
  • Assist members of the Financial Systems team with various projects, audits, and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation and a strong understanding of financial systems.
  • Expert accounting knowledge in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit principles.
  • Exposure to US GAAP is considered advantageous.
  • A postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field.
