  • Promoting thought leadership through internal and external engagements, including publishing and speaking opportunities.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in Product Design, Service Design, and User Research. Your team will benefit from your guidance and support as they strive to achieve excellence in their work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the industry, with at least 7 years in leadership or management roles.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams of 50+ designers.
  • Mastery in Product Design, Service Design, and User Research.
