L3 UCCE and Release Management Professional

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our L3 UCCE and Release Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced level support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC issues with precision.
  • Develop and implement MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms to drive efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process principles.
  • Deploy Cisco Voice network models and understand voice network devices functionality with ease.
  • Utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools, leveraging integration experience with other Tools to drive business results.
  • Understand Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  • Work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Possess extensive experience on Cisco Voice platform.
  • Have a proven work history on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Cultivate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers for problem resolution of telecommunication problems and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation creation, and site coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service delivery issues/pending work/escalations.
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation, initiating and implementing processes improvements.
  • Develop excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively utilize UCCE or PCCE Email and Voice communication skills, teamwork, Power point presentation/preparation, and excel-related Analytics.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management.
