Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of facade engineers and technicians to ensure successful project completion.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of facade systems.
  • E nsure compliance with industry standards and regulations for facade construction and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and cost-effective facade solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of facade installations.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
  • Qualifications: Relevant certifications.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience.
  • Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AutoCAD; experience with REVIT is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
