Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified professional to lead and support Security Operations module implementations—Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)—for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps architecture, data models, and module interdependencies. They should have proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules – VR and SIR. You will configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR. You will also implement threat intelligence integrations (e.g., Anomali, Recorded Future) and vulnerability scanner integrations (e.g., Qualys, Tenable).

You will work closely with cybersecurity teams, risk & compliance, and IT operations to gather detailed requirements. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. You will integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems. You will develop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution.

You will perform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities. You will ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment. You will create solution design documents, implementation runbooks, and end-user training materials. You will conduct knowledge transfer and handover sessions for clients and internal teams.

  • Hands-on Scripting Experience
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC Operations
  • Excellent Client Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
