Senior Environmental Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Environmental Scientist to join our team. As a member of our Toxicology and Ingredient Data Maintenance group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product ingredient data and compliance with global regulations.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating ingredient databases to reflect current scientific and regulatory information. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update ingredient databases to reflect current scientific and regulatory information.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Development, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide toxicological support for product development and innovation.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product safety and ingredient information.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various products and platforms.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Toxicology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of database management and regulatory compliance tools like IFRA manual, ECHA, etc.
  • Strong understanding of toxicological principles and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex scientific information effectively.
