The Business Risk & Control Senior Supervisor role is a high-profile position within our organization, 12542 Citicorp Services India Private Limited. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a group involved in monitoring functions and allied services.
Main Responsibilities:- Timely execution of the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) program is the primary function of this position.
- A good understanding of the Risk & control framework and the underlying fundamentals on Risk Management is essential.
- Supervise and manage teams involved in the end-to-end monitoring of controls as defined in Risk Management policy.
- Lead/participate in strategic initiatives such as control performance enhancement, etc.
- Involve in Control & Monitoring Design Assessment (CMDA) meetings and provide expertise/guidance in drafting procedures.
- Participate in leadership meetings to analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed.
- Proactively identify any monitoring breaks and suggest enhancements.
- Serve as a partner to the onshore team & controls group and involve in Risk redesign or any other reengineering initiative.
- Ensure 100% delivery is achieved as per the agreed SLA.
- Manage a strong stakeholder connect through regular touchpoint meetings.
- Handle a team and ensure appropriate coaching & support is provided.
- Foster an environment of learning and development.
- Drive a strong emphasis on adherence to Citi culture, leading by example.
- Ensure a robust performance management system is followed.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, etc., including team management.
- Experience in working with various risk and control systems and reporting requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups.
- Demonstrated understanding of operational risk and gap identification.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Exhibit problem-solving and decision-making skills.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum, based on the company's location and industry standards.
