Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in composite production and the ability to lead a team towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Preventive Maintenance Planning

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on Pultrusion and molding lines, ensuring compliance with production schedules, SOPs, and quality standards. Additionally, they will coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions. The role also involves monitoring and controlling production parameters, maintaining production records, and training workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
