Production Operations Manager

Job Overview
">We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee shop-floor operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes.
">The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in composite production and the ability to lead a team towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
">- Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
- Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.
Key Responsibilities
">• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines.
">• Ensure timely completion of production tasks and maintain high-quality output.
">• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
">• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
">Requirements
">Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
">• 2 to 3 years of experience in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.
">• Strong technical understanding of composite manufacturing.
">• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
">• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
