Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Jhajjar. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring product quality and production efficiency, and liaising with various departments for smooth functioning. The role also involves strategizing to improve operational processes, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Operational management experience in manufacturing or production
• Team leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of quality control and compliance standards
• Strategic planning and process improvement abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jhajjar
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Production Management, or related field
• Experience in the liquor industry is a plus
