Estimation Manager Role

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Estimation Manager to join our organization, specializing in residential luxury villas in Mumbai. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and implementing stringent control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce robust quality control protocols to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Billing Management: Manage project billing from verification of completed work to invoice preparation and administration of variations and change orders.
  • Contract Management: Review and administer real estate contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while engaging in negotiations as needed.
  • Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: Provide expertise in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring, particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within the Mumbai market.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.
  • Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management.
