Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to inform business planning and decision-making
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Develop and implement new analytical tools and techniques to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound financial decisions and drive business growth through data-driven insights
