Growth Functional Lead

About the Role:

This role offers a chance to spearhead growth efforts across fintech products, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The platform provides features across the credit cycle "Access"-"Analyse"-"Leverage"-"Protect", boasting an installed base of over 58 million users with 15% daily active usage. It aims to offer customers features to deeply understand their creditworthiness and monetize it through Personal Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop holistic growth strategies for OneScore's portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels, including mobile app and website drives.
  • Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for APP and Web, as well as monetization use cases like Personal Loans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Personal Loan Volumes month-on-month
  • Managing relationships with key partners like Google and Meta
  • Building strong merchant partner relationships for co-marketing activities
  • Cross-functional collaboration with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs and campaign performance
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and digital apps
  • 5-6 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in devising growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with data interpretation and actionable growth plans
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Personal Loan monetization is preferable
  • Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior
  • Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
