Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist for Non-Tech Vertical

Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (Estimated based on industry standards and location)
Job Description:We are seeking a highly passionate and dedicated talent acquisition specialist to join our Non-Tech vertical. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
- End-to-end ownership of hiring requirements across charters.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
