Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
