Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team of innovative thinkers. As a junior AI developer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that harness the power of artificial intelligence to drive business growth and success.

You will be responsible for assisting in the development of AI-powered applications using a range of technologies including React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI. You will also contribute to the design and implementation of agentic AI frameworks, creating proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI solution ideas.

Your role will involve participating in stakeholder meetings, helping to translate business requirements into technical approaches, and supporting testing, debugging, and optimization of existing AI applications.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to document your learning progress and contribute to team knowledge sharing. This may involve creating technical documentation, blog posts, or other materials to share your experiences and insights with your colleagues.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Learning Velocity: Master assigned technologies and complete learning milestones within 4-week intervals.
  • Contribution Quality: Successfully complete 1-2 meaningful features or prototypes per month.
  • Feedback Integration: Demonstrate continuous improvement based on code reviews and mentorship.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
  • Completed coursework in programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
