We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex insurance platform implementations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to leverage their expertise in Duck Creek Technologies and drive successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Duck Creek suite, including Policy, Billing, and Claims, as well as experience with cloud-based deployments and on-premises models. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex insurance platform implementations using Duck Creek Technologies.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Duck Creek suite components.
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skill Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Duck Creek with significant exposure to Policy, Billing, and Claims.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple Duck Creek programs or rollouts.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and processes.
  • Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Certifications in Duck Creek, PMP, or Agile methodologies preferred.
