Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our ITSM modules. You will leverage your experience with automated testing frameworks to drive efficient test case development and execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and execute automated tests for ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog) using ATF automation tool
  • Develop test cases efficiently, utilizing your understanding of requirements and Agile methodologies
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and report findings
  • Participate in dashboards, reports, and SLAs testing
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM modules and Automated test framework (ATF)
  • Proficiency in CMDB, service mapping, and Discovery
  • Good understanding of SDLC process and Agile methodologies
  • ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is an added advantage
