Analytics Expert

We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our team.

This role involves setting up, managing, and optimizing tracking across multiple websites and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth for clients.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing and managing tracking across client websites;
  • Configuring custom events, conversions, and enhanced measurement tracking;
  • Creating and maintaining data layers for advanced tracking requirements;

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing containers for multiple clients;
  • Deploying and testing tags, triggers, and variables for marketing platforms;

Other key tasks include:

  • Debugging, auditing, and troubleshooting tracking issues across different environments;
  • Ensuring accurate data flow between tracking tools, Google Ads, Search Console, and CRM/marketing platforms;
  • Building custom reports and dashboards in reporting tools;
  • Automating reporting processes for client campaigns and delivering actionable insights;

We require a candidate with 4-7 years of proven experience in tracking (Universal & GA4) and tag management. Strong technical skills in JavaScript, data layers, regex, and event-based tracking are essential. Experience with conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms is also necessary.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools integration, as well as strong problem-solving and debugging skills, is preferred. Excellent communication skills to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
