Job Title: Transformation Consultant 

Your key responsibilities will include working with clients to design and establish business processes and solutions to manage high-profile complex programs using proven frameworks and methodologies.

You will partner with engagement leadership to design and establish core processes and support a delivery team in planning, controlling, and executing complex programs, projects, and portfolios. In your role, you will gain valuable insights and help drive strategic conversations with stakeholders.

You will also work closely with our technology teams to leverage technology to support process improvements as part of the overall solution design.

The following are some of the key deliverables you will work on:

  • Assessment and Process Design
  • Capability Roadmap Development and Execution
  • Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Setup and Operations
 

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree and minimum 6-9 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and minimum 4 years of related work experience
  • Approximately 6+ years' experience on large-scale complex programs providing consulting services in areas such as PMO/EPMO design, program road-mapping, resource/capacity management, and portfolio management
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible to work in different time zones
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools
