Job Description

As a seasoned data professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science will enable you to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex machine learning models to enhance search, browse, and autocomplete experiences
  • Build and deploy predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, and product recommendation systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning)
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution
