With a presence across 250 locations in India, Rentokil PCI aims to set new standards for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proficiency in internal company software platforms, including iCABS and ServiceTrak.
  • Organise schedules and plan service requirements for technicians on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Prioritise due visits, enquiries, call outs, and complaints.
  • Liaise with sales and service teams to accommodate urgent service visits and communicate changes to customers.
  • Ensure customer service complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Manage service documentation and follow up on customer and technician feedback.
  • Update service data into business systems in a timely manner.
  • Support the transition from paper-based to digital planning and documentation.
  • Review service reports and highlight areas of concern to management.
  • Provide daily service compliance updates.
  • Assist in monitoring service productivity and efficiency-related KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduation with 1-3 years of relevant experience in team management or a fresh graduate.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and work management.
  • Effective communication skills for phone conversations with external customers and internal colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the territory handled for planning.
  • Occasional travel required within the division.
