This role is responsible for overseeing the facilities of the Bangalore plant, including air, water, and power management, as well as building and common area maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in managing medium to large-sized manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage air, water, and power systems in the facility
  • Oversee facility maintenance, including DG maintenance, building maintenance, and common area maintenance
  • Liaise with BESCOM officials to ensure power supply
  • Support Reliability Engineering and plant teams for equipment and building maintenance
  • Work closely with EHS function to optimize water and power usage
  • Supervise civil, plumbing, and fabrication activities to maintain the facility
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to facility management
  • Prepare and review MIS reports related to facility management with the Plant Manager
  • Support PED for ongoing and new projects
  • Drive and execute improvement projects across the campus related to facility management
