We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Professional to join our team.

The role holder will be primarily responsible for managing administrative matters of client companies, maintaining relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.

  • Performs legal work for client companies, including the preparation of corporate documents such as directors' resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
  • Actively participates in the incorporation and termination processes of companies.
  • Provides fee quotations for services to clients and charges fees accordingly.
  • Monitors productivity and chargeability on a weekly basis and reviews performance against targets.
  • Fully understands client activities and ensures that any action taken is consistent with the company's activities and purpose within the legal and economic framework.
  • Manages companies and ensures that all information in client files is correct and up-to-date.
  • Ensures that companies are capitalized and management agreements are available in client files.
  • Works closely with managers for the maintenance of the client database and ensures it is updated and accurate at all times.
  • Develops and updates legal manuals and procedures and contributes to the development and maintenance of systems.
  • Prepares monthly reports for the Management Team and works on specific projects assigned by the Manager.
  • All other tasks related to the position.

We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in legal and corporate management services, a strong commercial mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Law / Economics) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate management services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent English language fluency, additional languages preferred.
  • Proven leadership and team player skills, with ambition to excel in the role.
