We are seeking a Business Expert with strong analytical skills in the field of Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and Healthcare. In this position, you will bridge business, data, and product teams to support innovation and optimize healthcare products.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Work closely with scientists, clinicians, and commercial teams to gather, document, and analyze product requirements. You will perform thorough analysis of business processes and data flows, creating actionable insights that inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Drive informed decision-making across regulatory, commercial, and clinical landscapes. You will support clinical and R&D product initiatives by analyzing scientific datasets and publications.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between users, business leads, and technical teams to ensure all perspectives are reflected in the product roadmap. You will also contribute to go-to-market planning.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree with 5-7+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 7-9+ years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst in the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Healthcare domain.
  • A strong understanding of drug development processes, clinical research, and medical device product lifecycles.
  • The ability to work with and interpret scientific and clinical datasets, publications, and regulatory documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development, JIRA, Confluence, and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
  • An educational background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Scaled Agile SAFe certification is an asset.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
